For Brian's appreciative clients,
Design Matters.

Dear Brian,

We just want to thank you for all the terrific work you did for us in the development of the participant resource manual for our flagship leadership training program, Managing Through Others.

As you well know, this was a major project where our requirement was to create a program binder and contents that would rival the graphic presentation quality of major training companies. With your expert skills and guidance, we achieved this result.

We appreciated your patience with our many changes and tweaking of the detailed content, as well as your quick turnaround of material when we required it.

It has always impressed us how we could complete this entire project with you in Toronto and us in Virginia. Clearly, in your business, geographic remoteness is simply not a factor.

We will continue to recommend your services for training manuals, newsletters, promotional materials and other items where speakers and trainers need the services of a graphics professional.

Dear Brian,

Thank you for the work you did in updating our Aboriginal logo. It was important to our program that we refresh your design from the 1996 and 2001 Censuses.

You gave the 2006 version an eye-catching new look and meaning. It has been very warmly received by internal staff as well as members of the public. Your final design is impressive.

Thank you once again for contributing your design skills and hard work to this project.

Dear Brian,

I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the fantastic job you did on my book Say What You Mean, Mean What You Say.

I was urgently needing a re-design of my cover for its second printing and not only did you turn around the project quickly, you also liaised with my printing house to save me even more time and energy!

I would highly recommend your services to my colleagues and found it easy to work with you—distance wasn’t even a factor!

Once again, thank you, and I look forward to working with you on future projects.

Dear Brian,

Slippery Rock University has received the new 2002-2003 Undergraduate Catalog that you redesigned for us. The responses from students, faculty and administration have been wonderful. Everyone is so excited about the new format and layout. I cannot tell you how many individuals have commented that it is so much easier to read and to locate information that previously had been “hidden” in earlier catalogs.

When I first become acquainted with Webcom Limited and they directed me to you for typesetting and design, I was hesitant to become involved with any type of business that was a six-hour drive away. But I found that it was extremely easy to work with you and to produce one of the best catalogs we have had in years. You advised me on how to manage my document by dividing it into workable sections and then sending the files to you via e-mail. Once the changes were made (within a day or two), you would provide me with the “proof” by overnight courier.

Several times you saved the day by catching significant errors that had been overlooked at this end, saving time and money for the university.

Thanks for making us look good, and I look forward to a continued relationship.

Dear Brian,

I just want to acknowledge the excellent and professional job you did designing and laying out our Meeting Professionals Resource Guide.

Many other chapters of the National Speakers Association have been effusive in the compliments about our publication. A number will be using it as a model for their efforts.

Your wise suggestions and guidance and careful attention to our interests made our committee's job easier. As a result of the high value we received for our investmentin your services, the Resource Guide committee has electedto contract with you once again.

Because of your efforts we will be able to fulfill the mission for this Guide. To me, this is the hallmark of true success of a project. We all thank you.
